Inter-legality and Surveillance

The cycle of webinars, organized by the Center for Interlegality Research (CIR) to discuss current issues of contemporary law through the innovative lens of Inter-legality, continues. The subject of this debate is a recent decision by the German Federal Constitutional Court
which ruled that telecommunication surveillance of non-German individuals outside German territory violates the German Constitution. The sentence is illustrated by Sümeyye Elif Biber, Ph.D. candidate at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, and analyzed by Prof. Raffaele Bifulco from Luiss University.
